Hello there, welcome to my blog ‘BFellicious’. Thank you for taking some time to visit this page and to get to know me a bit more. ‘BFellicious’ has been a journey for a few years now, with ups and downs like it is supposed to be I guess.
Who am I?
Felien, the Flemish version of Féline. Born and raised in that tiny country known for its chocolate and beer, Belgium. But I lost my heart in London (UK) while doing a cancer research traineeship over there. So annual trips to London are a given.
If I had to describe myself in a few words I would say: traveler, fundraiser, researcher, quotes lover, photography enthusiast & cat woman.
When it comes to my character I would say: Honest, good listener, passionate, persistent. When I’m in, I go for it, there is no backing down.
Why do I write?
I write because I want to try to inspire you, take your mind off of things and share my thoughts and ideas with you. I also write for myself, to clear my mind and to just write it all down. Everything becomes more obvious when I write in a way.
What is BFellicious about?
The focus of BFellicious will be on traveling, the power of words (quotes and interviews), photography, my thoughts on basically almost everything; products, events, daily thoughts,… Since I’m also having more and more fun in the kitchen, I will start posting recipes of things I love. So foodies, welcome!
What you probably won’t see on BFellicious?
Fashion reviews. Unless there is something I really really love.
What I love most about myself?
I’m probably most fond of my eyes. It is also something I love most about people. All eyes are unique, the window to the soul.
What I love least about myself?
That is a tough question. The power of words is indescribable. You will definitely notice that I’m a super big lover of quotes. A quote a day keeps the doctor away ;). An important quote that I think everyone should take into account is ‘Life begins at the end of your comfort zone’. We should all be able to leave our comfort zone and follow our butterflies.
‘Life will only change when you become more committed to your dreams than you are to your comfort zone’

Stuck in park
Getting stuck in park is dangerous for anyone.
Don't get overwhelmed
Don’t get overwhelmed. Instead take a deep breath and know that you have more control over the situation than you think and it’s never too late to start!
Being impervious to your elements is sometimes a good thing. And it's not that you should be without feelings or without care. But most of the time whatever you're worried about isn't worrisome. The only person who you should take stock in is yourself, and the people who you love. Those are the only opinions that should matter.
The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination.
