November 15th is Philanthropy Day. Philanthropy means the act of loving humankind; which can be expressed in a number of ways. I want to take this moment, to thank the people who are working to help their fellow humans every single day. Their efforts are outstanding and I respect them endlessly.

There are so many people, organizations,… out there who devote their lives to raise awareness, to tackle problems, to raise money, to make changes,… They truly are changing the lives of people and at the same time they are changing the world step by step.

I had the honor of meeting Audra & Justin, the founders of MaxLove Project, this summer. And they are just, extraordinary. They were both so down to earth, extremely welcoming, enthusiastic, passionate,… Their devotion is amazing and their work is so inspiring and motivating. They inspire me to do better, to do more, to act. And that is powerful! In my opinion, that is how you can change the world; by inspiring and motivating people to be a part of it. Thank you Audra & Justin! You both have a special place in my heart.

I also want to give a shout out to Crayon Collection. About 2 years ago, I interviewed Sheila, the founder of Crayon Collection, which you can read here. In those 2 years, I’ve seen Crayon Collection grow and evolve. It warms my heart to see the effect of one good person. I can’t wait to see what the future brings for Crayon Collection! You and your team are doing a wonderful job, Sheila!
I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples. – Mother Theresa
To everyone who is helping others and making a difference, Thank You!  No matter what you do, what you give,… it matters! You are making a difference in someone’s life and that is totally worth it. As a fundraiser, I have been incredibly surprised by the generosity of people. It has been really amazing so far and I’m super grateful for every single one of you who contributed in any way. Thank you! Here’s to many more fundraisers.
