I don’t regret the things I’ve done, I regret the things I didn’t do when I had the chance
One of the simple things I enjoy in life is staring at the sky at night and look at the shining ‘tiny’ stars. It’s a magical surreal world. They look so tiny, but they are actually huge.
Some stars get noticed more than others, but every star is unique and has its own qualities. Just like people. Everyone has its own qualities and I do believe everyone should have a chance to shine (more than once). Not everyone, myself included, wants to be in the spotlight every day or wants to be the centre of the universe. But… I do know that it does feel amazing to be able to show your talents and get a compliment once in a while. I’m not someone who needs compliments all the time, but feedback can be motivating to do even better. Especially when you are not that confident.
So when you have the chance to shine, show your talent, be confident and amaze people with your brightness. Shine like a star!
You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens
